New features:

	1.	ICL-Libraries are now supported as well !

	2.	Ability of extracting icons from ICL-, EXE- and DLL-files.

	3.	Command "/NOLIBS" ignores icon-libraries;
		Ico2Bmp! is 'blind' for ICL-, EXE- and DLL-files.

	4.	"NoLibExtract=1" (INI-setting) does the same as the Command "/NOLIBS".

	5.	The names of ICL-, EXE-/DLL-bitmaps have been changed.
		ALL files will have the '.bmp'-extension now;
		the bitmaps will read 	testfile.bmp
					testf001.bmp
					testf002.bmp
					...
	6.	Ctrl+C copies the shown icon as a bitmap into the clipboard.
